End of Year 504 Activity Check!
It's time for our annual (well, annual in Novus time...) activity check!
General rules:
What will happen to different types of accounts...
In regards to deleted accounts:
Previously accepted CHARACTER Accounts already in Inactive:
- You have until 02/01/20 to check in via replying to this thread with the below form. No IC posts needed.
- Please utilize the below forms to say which accounts you'd like to save and/or delete.
- Staff will not be checking attached accounts to look for activity. You're responsible for your own accounts, and it's suggested that you log into all of them regularly.
- Accounts requested to be deleted may be deleted immediately after you post! Please be mindful of which accounts you ask us to delete.. If you change your mind, edit your form ASAP and message staff directly.
What will happen to different types of accounts...
- OOC accounts that are not 'checked in' will be moved to inactive.
- You must check in your OOC accounts even if you just registered and have no other accounts.
- Accepted character accounts that are not 'checked in' will be moved to inactive.
- Pending (unaccepted) accounts that are not 'checked in' will be deleted.
- Inactive members or characters that are not 'checked in' will be deleted.
- DECEASED characters are exempt and will not be deleted. They can be kept indefinitely.
In regards to deleted accounts:
- Once accounts are deleted, their information cannot be recovered.
- Any deleted accounts may not rejoin later on 'as they were.' All accolades, signos, items, and achievements attached to said account will be gone. There will be no refunds for items lost on deleted accounts.
- If you recreate the character later on, you will not be able to claim rewards for threads/etc completed by the now deleted account.
Previously accepted CHARACTER Accounts already in Inactive:
- They MUST be checked in here, otherwise they risk deletion.
- You must choose to delete them OR move them out of inactivity - staying inactive will mean they are deleted.
- Deceased character accounts don't fall under this rule, as they aren't considered 'inactive accounts.'
- To request an exception to the above rule, please directly message @inkbone or @sid (via PM or discord) ASAP!
