LEVIATHAN
the supernova
The warrior gave a lazy lick to the back of his teeth, and turned his head to offer a blind eye (literally) toward the new supposed Sovereign. An insult of sorts from him; he could see the blur of colors that made up the other but he felt he had no need to give him the entire clarity of his vision (or his attention) as he listened to him. Fool.
Long ago he may have fired up like this one, but here he found himself snorting and leaning his horned head up with a bare roll of his eyes. Hopped up and jumped up, he thought these lands were dead and soulless? If anyone was blind, it was this one. "If you were wise and looked over the facade of these lands you'd find life among the sands and harsh grounds, the hot sun. It may seem like some desolate and soulless land to you but to those of us that have been here, we can find the life and soul. What makes you so blind to it?" He had no qualms in speaking his mind, not the least bit deterred by the one that was hollering that he didn't want a crown. If he didn't want it, then why had he gotten it? Why had he put himself forth for it?
"So posture and snarl all you want, right now you're only showing us that you point the blame on the lands and on us. Lovely start." Turning his head, the colossus eyed with his good eye now, half hooded as his scarred muzzle lifted in to a mocking bought of laughter, low and rumbling. He kept it stifled after, and flicked his ears, finding a slither of annoyance crawling down his spine. This one was a temper ridden fool, if anything. Tossing about and offering glares and sharp words. A good addition to the Court, but perhaps somewhat not for the position he was in.
The goliath said nothing else, instead shrugging his shoulders and turning himself to walk away. He had better things to do than hear the rantings of what he would deem a child-king.
