I think I heard the voice of a god there… First time for everything, I suppose,” she mused softly, feeling as though she could still hear the deep, ethereal sound in her ears. Jaxis had called the deity Tempus. More accurately, she had spat the name out and trod on it with jaded, skeptical hooves.
“This doesn’t sound like one of those situations where you’d be an ass for assuming… I mean, how many dragons are there just lying around?” Of course, Novus was brimming with secrets and creatures that she had never seen before, though certainly she would’ve noticed if there was an exorbitant amount of the gargantuan beasts.
Her ears pricked at his invitation. She tilted her head, angling it downwards. With a light smile, she bid him to lead the way.
