Often found: He seems to find himself regularly by the Vitreus Lake. This is not a planned thing, but rather something that seems to happen again and again. It's calm surface and the beauty with which it reflects the sky acts as a balm to his soul on the days when he's feeling less than his usual chipper self.
You will also find that he is normally some level of intoxicated. The flask he carries at his side is enchanted to refill itself with wine. Though he prefers his old vodka, any alcohol will do for a lifelong drunk.
