margot
no matter what happens
| Once in a book Margot had read about superior healing herbs found only in te hardest to reach mountain-scapes, or the lowest points of sea caves and grottos. It seemed if she was going to impress with her healing skills, or any kind of knowledge, she would have to journey to such a place in order to return to the court with such a bounty. Imagine the look on King riechenbach's face when she returns with such a magnificent cornucopia of herbs and plants! Surely he would see intelligence in her for that? It was as she slowly crossed a craggy ridge, the wind pulling at every hair right down to the root and threatening to pluck her right off the mountain, that she heard a strange voice upon the wind. It bellowed and cursed, clearly angered by some sort of misfortune or another. "You're not in Valhalla yet, bitch, pull yourself together!" Casting her gaze in the direction of the voice, seemingly caught upon the wind from quite a distance, Margot narrowed her gaze upon a peculiarly marked woman. She was dawn and gold, crowned and jeweled, yet spoke in the strangest of accents - the kind Margot had never heard before. Curiosity overthowing her desire to impress her superiors, Margot took a turn directly down the near-vertical mountain, which of course caused her hooves to scate along the stones, gravel and moss as if she were on wheels. "Miss!" Margot cooed, almost as if it was a way of blocking the fear fro mthe pit of her stomach as she scated and stopped, scted and stopped to the level gully where the golden maiden of faraway shored stood cursing the blessed earth she stood upon. "Are you alright?" Margot asked of her, though perhaps the viking should be asking Margot the same question. LAINE! welcome <3 |
