Camdis Lohir

The rain had been a welcome respite until his hair had turned into a sopping weight dragging at every exhausted step that the stallion took. He had fought against the weight for a few miles, straining against the heavy mess that were his mane and tail's combined weight, until he remembered the telekinesis that had accompanied his entrance to Novus. With a relieved sigh and a creasing of his brow as he held onto his magic, Camdis paused, attempting to lift the length of his tail first to no avail. The magic retaliated, not strong enough to lift the tangled mass from the grassy earth and instead lifting a handful of pebbles near the stallion's hooves.

"Not pebbles you dolt," Camdis Lohir wasn't sure if he was speaking to his weak magic or to himself as he yanked himself forward yet again. The only way he would be able to lift his locks from the ground and drape them over his back is if he took the lengths piece by heavy piece, and what with his hair being so thick, that could take the rest of the day. With a huff, the horned bay glared at his surroundings, stamping a hoof in his helpless frustration before the sound of a faint voice filtered through the downpour.

Sucking on his teeth, the Exile King was torn between his resentment of company and the need to relieve some of the weight dragging at him. He swayed back and forth on his hooves, physically tottering on the edge of his decision before rolling his silvery eyes and dragging himself in the general direction of the voice.

At last, he could make out a pair of figures through the rain, one towering and winged and one small and seemingly timid, the latter he assumed was the holder of the faint voice that had led him here.

"Hey!" He bellowed, doing away with courtly manners in his misery, "Hey there! Could you help me out? My hair is too heavy... This damnable rain..." He trailed off as he neared the two, his face a mask of displeasure and supplication.
