The pregnancy is successful!

Success of Pregnancy: @Marisol & @orestes have five threads together, however they have opted to choose the "Guaranteed Pregnancy" item which gives them a 100% chance of a success. Therefore: no roll was necessary, the item was removed from Marisol's inventory, and the pregnancy is automatically successful!


Pregnancy Health: @Marisol & @orestes are using a Healthy Pregnancy item, giving them a guaranteed healthy foal! Therefore, no roll was necessary, and the item has been removed from Marisol's account.

Twins or single foal: @Marisol & @orestes are using a Twins pregnancy item, guaranteeing them two foals! Therefore, no roll was necessary, and the item has been removed from Marisol's account.

Gender of the Foal: @Marisol & @orestes are using two "Choose Gender" items, and have decided to have both a male and a female! Therefore, no roll was necessary, and the item has been removed from Marisol's account.


Chance of passing on Immortality: Neither @Marisol nor @orestes have Immortality, and their foals have no chance of inheritance. Therefore, no roll was necessary.


Chance of passing on Passive Magic: Neither @Marisol nor @orestes have Passive Magic, and their foals have no chance of inheritance. Therefore no roll was necessary.


Chance of passing on Active Magic: @Orestes has Active Magic, so a dice roll was made to determine whether the foals will Inherit his magic. Any number between 1 and 25 will result in successful inheritance; 51 to 100 will result in none. Two rolls were performed, one for each foal.



Marisol & Orestes rolled a 29 and a 20, so one foal will inherit active magic!

To recap...

The pregnancy is successful! Marisol & Orestes will have twin foals. The pregnancy will be healthy and will result in both a male and a female. One foal will inherit active magic (which one does, is up to the players. Ask staff if you'd like us to roll for you!) They will live in the Dusk Court and be played by @redandblack & @syndicate, respectively.

Things to note

The foal must wait to be born until the following IC season. This means that the earliest you may play the foals is August 1st! In the meantime, the foals' profiles can be created however their applications/profiles will not be accepted until August 1st at the earliest.

If the foals' profile is not created and approved by halfway through the season (September 1st), they will be considered dead. If so, the parents can determine the circumstances behind how they passed away.

The foals' RPers (@redandblack & @syndicate) are allowed to join the foals anywhere between the age of 0 and 2. Whatever age they decide is the age that the foals will begin aging from. This allows you the choice of either RPing out the foal years, or skipping straight to their independent years! As they are twins, both foals must be joined at the same age.

The foals' designs are left up to you. The only requirement we have is that it meets the site expectations for character designs, and that the designs are believably based off of the parents.

The magic the foal inherits is free, and the item will be sent to the foal's account upon acceptance. Please make sure to post a Restricted Item Redemption form for proper record-keeping!

Additionally, the foal's magic ladder design is also left up to you. The only requirement is that this magic be related to Orestes' in some way. How you do so is up to you - but if you need help in cooking up ideas, feel free to let us know!
